Dr. Pacis-Alarine is a Burundian Young women, a Pan-African activist, speaker, an author and an adolescents & women education and health advocate. She is a medical Doctor by profession, a menstruation champion (She is the author of the Book: "The Dignity Drop") and an amazing advocate of girls education and woman wellness. She is engaged in many local and international youth organizations and is a coach to many youth organizations locally and internationally. Dr. Pacis holds several leadership roles and positions locally and internationally, has been recognized and certified many times including a Women's Health Course Certificate where she serves as an International Women Ambassador to improve girls' access to education in Burundi through health and entrepreneurship empowerment. She was also nominated among the 100 faces of hope in Africa in 2021 by the coalition of women for peace; Dr. Pacis is a friend of children and serves as a volunteer medical officer in one of the orphanage in Burundi.

Evelyne is a devoted humanitarian and her contribution to the organization's growth is relevant. She is a social entrepreneur, a mother and a nurse by profession. She is our second relevant person in the Organization.

Adolphe holds a master degree in field epidemiology and is a devotate community worker and development booster. He is a father to 3 amazing boys.

Belyse is an accountant and holds a bachelor degree in Accountant and Marketing. She is in charge of all the Organization finances aspects and is responsible for the finance reports for all our projects. She is a mother of 2 beautiful girls.

Vanessa holds a master degree in project management and is a devoted resource person to the organization, she is responsible for all the planning of the organization and follow up as well of all our projects. She trains women and youth on income generating activities. She is a mother of 3.

Chris Lamez is a devoted young Burundian Humanitarian whose caring for the most vulnerable communities make her a fulfilled young and joyful person in her everyday journey. She is the one who brings our voices to the young generation and above. She is considered as a role model for so many young Burundians.
